Joanne Dunham ICF PCC

Joanne is an accredited Executive, Team and Resilience Coach, drawing upon her extensive experience in business and not-for-profit arenas to help her clients achieve stretching and measurable goals whilst growing their ability to thrive under pressure. Joanne employs a brain-based, solution-focused approach to her coaching, enabling her to facilitate sustainable positive change through improved thinking. Once individual and organisational goals are defined, through powerful questioning and intuitive clarifying, Joanne leads her clients to ‘a-ha’ moments of insight that lead to breakthrough and positive periods of action to embed new learning and behaviours.

Joanne’s love of people and desire to see people grow and achieve what they were born to do, linked to her understanding of what makes an organisation truly successful, enables her to support individuals, teams and organisations to improve performance and reach new heights of engagement and resilience.

Joanne also provides leadership and management training, and facilitation of strategy and team days, designing and delivering programs tailored to her clients’ needs, often including coaching support to embed the learning. Joanne also delivers Resilience Boosting workshops and coaching, to support wellbeing and positive mental health within the workplace and in life generally.

 

Dr Anton Baumohl PhD, MPhil, FRSA

Anton has been delivering organisational and professional development solutions for clients across all sectors for over 30 years with working experience in the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, Asia and Africa. As well as his consultancy he is a trained coach, facilitator and trainer. His background in cognitive and humanistic psychology and education laid the foundations for early work in adult and higher education later specialising in leadership and management training. He has extensive experience of researching organisational needs and designing appropriate solutions in complex environments.

Over the last fifteen years Anton has delivered a wide range of development solutions - internal branding, culture change, developing creativity, leadership and talent development, and executive coaching. Client feedback on his week is always extremely positive. He lectures MBA students part time in Business Schools and Universities. Anton holds an MPhil in Professional Development and a PhD in Organisational Development both from Nottingham University.

 

 

Daphne Clifton

Daphne Clifton is an Executive Coach for leaders, with over 25 years’ experience in business management and sales. She coaches clients in the private and public sectors to become powerful influencers, negotiate well, manage their time, network effectively to identify prospective clients and close sales. When working in an Action Learning Group, Daphne’s energetic, inclusive style ensures delegates not only gain fresh insights but also have tools for instant impact on effectiveness and productivity. In her coaching practice, Daphne works with high achievers, entrepreneurs and senior managers, who work hard and think fast in their desire to deliver increased profitability for their business at the same time as developing their full, human potential. Anne Donald BSc, Chartered MCIPD

Anne has international experience in personal and organisational change. For the past twenty years, including ten years with the Unilever group, Anne has enabled individuals, groups and teams to build greater awareness of themselves and their systems, increasing their capacity to work efficiently and strategically to achieve quality work and quality of life.

Her experience includes manufacturing, logistics, retail banking, professional services, education, public sector organisations and NGOs. She is particularly skilled in helping organisations create change agendas that are strategically wise and achievable, and working with teams to develop their potential. Anne also works with conflict, enabling organisations to leverage difference and avoid the costs that grumbling or escalating conflict can incur.

Anne has a Degree in Technology & Business Studies and a Masters Degree in Change Agent Skills & Strategies (a highly practical programme focusing on advanced coaching and facilitation skills and leading change within organisations). Anne is also a qualified mediator.

 

Kate Dougherty MSc

Kate is an occupational psychologist with 13 years experience in career counselling, training and assessment. Her focus in all areas of her work is on helping individuals to understand themselves and their strengths better. This in turn enables them to optimise their performance at work and to make the best career decisions and choices.

Kate's work includes one to one coaching and development work; designing and delivering assessment centres, training courses and workshops; and bespoke HR projects such as designing performance management systems and staff surveys. She works across all types of business in both the public and private sectors, from small not-for-profit organisations to global PLCs. Kate is passionate about helping people reach their potential - 'to be all that they can be' - and to enjoy the work they do. She particularly loves seeing 'lightbulb moments' in her coachees and course participants. She has trained hundreds of people at all organisational levels and consistently receives positive feedback and referrals from her participants.

 

Colin Greenin

Colin has been training, developing, coaching and assessing individuals & groups to success in a variety of skills & abilities for 26 years in the public sector. For the last 7 years he has also delivered a variety of training across the private sector.

Recently Colin spent 6 years managing a specialist training unit of 14 staff and was responsible for designing, delivering & evaluating a wide range of training including legislation, management & supervision, health & safety, first aid, protection skills, conflict management, communication & IT skills. He is also a qualified assessor across those same skill areas.

Colin sets and maintains high personal & professional standards, but equally importantly he strongly believes that all learners should come away from a training session with not just the knowledge or skills, but with a sense of personal achievement and a smile.

Colin is a member of the Institute for Learning.

 

Stuart Mitchell BA Hons (Psych) DMC, Chartered FCIPD, FCIM

Stuart is a leadership, performance management,  career development and Strategic HRM subject expert and has been working with organisations internationally in the public and private sectors for over 20 years.   Stuart’s background includes working as a senior manager in consultancies and the public sector.  He is also a part time lecturer in HRM at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at Kingston University Business School. Stuart is a software developer and customises Career Horizons for a variety of clients including outplacement and talent management consultancies and organisations. Stuart has successfully worked in partnership with CTI for over 10 years.

 

Deborah Morel MA

Deborah is a seasoned professional with both direct line management and Director level experience. As an Organisational and Human Resources Development consultant, she works in the areas of Organisational Change and Transformation, Employee engagement, Internal branding, Values, Conflict management, Talent development, Diversity, Leadership Development, Team and Individual Development and Growth and Communication.

She has had extensive international experience supporting M&A and complex projects that require cultural and workplace adaptations including US, Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. She has worked within both the private and public sector including international government bodies and across various sectors of business.

An experienced facilitator, mentor and coach, able to design and deliver both large group open space and small team interventions helping both through the learning process, working with change and transformation. Deborah is also a journalist and has produced and presented current affairs segments for international television channels, and has spoken on the topics of Entrepreneurial Leadership, Diversity and Leadership and Networking. Deborah is currently on the Board of Trustees of Burrswood Hospital and is a Henley accredited coach.

 

Sarah Perrott MSc, Chartered FCIPD

Sarah is a transformational coach and facilitator bringing a passion for seeing people flourish and a thirty year career working within corporates and running her own business. Sarah has worked within professional services firms, public sector, FTSE100 businesses, SMEs and other diverse organisations. She has designed, developed and run transformational development interventions and is accustomed to working with diverse clients in multi-cultural environments.

These interventions have covered topics such as confidence, resilience, conflict, developing leadership stance, impact and influence and developing the authentic you.

Sarah is professionally qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (Chartered FCIPD), fully accredited with the British Psychological Society and is a certified NLP practitioner and a licensed HeartMath provider. She has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School with the University of Reading and is a certified APECS accredited coach.

 

Michelle Russell Facilitator and Leadership Coach

Michelle is a senior L&D and OD professional with over 25 years’ corporate experience. She has successfully managed and worked with complex, diverse, and often matrix teams and led teams directly.

She has been an independent L&D facilitator and coach for five years and has been involved in working with organisations as diverse as London Fire Brigade, TOTAL Gas & Power, Osborne Construction and MSC Cruises.

Her approach is to help create clarity, awareness and/or understanding in an environment that allows people to explore thoughts and feelings and have the space they need to catalyse a shift in their thinking, performance and/or personal attributes.

Michelle is an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner, and her other qualifications include ILM Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring, CIPD In Training Practice, Certificate in NLP and Transactional Analysis.


 

Christina Searle ICF ACC, Chartered MCIPD, MBACP

Christina is committed to delivering opportunities to improve performance and create positive solutions for organisations, teams and individuals.

Christina’s blend of skills and pragmatism provides and facilitates solutions through coaching, mentoring, facilitation, mediation and Organisation Development. Drawing on her experience in operational and strategic roles in the private and public sectors, she promotes empowerment for individuals and teams to achieve their goals.

Christina is accredited with International Coaching Federation (ICF ACC) coach, having trained with the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is licenced to use a range of highly regarded psychometric tools to increase self-awareness, recognise and appreciate difference in others and to learn how to adapt behaviour to interact more effectively with others. These tools include Insights Discovery, Myers Briggs, EQi, Resilience RQi, SHL OPQ preference and ability profiling and Talent Q.

She is a practising psychotherapist and member of the British Association of Counselling Professionals (BACP). The power of emotional intelligence (EQ) and resilience, relationships and self-care underpins her work and she has a reputation for insight, mediation and facilitation to unlock barriers and progress to deliver results.

 

Linbert Spencer OBE

Linbert has been helping organisations and individuals to transform themselves for more than 30 years. He has worked internationally as a consultant specialising in inclusion, leadership, performance management, personal development, and coaching. Linbert has been the keynote speaker, consulted and/or facilitated learning and development seminars and workshops in more than 20 countries as well as across the UK.

A former professional actor, international athlete, television presenter and CEO of a national not for profit organisation, Linbert has appeared in many television and radio programmes including two appearances on BBC Television’s Question Time. He is a prolific public speaker, author of The Diversity Pocket Book; Building a Multi-Ethnic Church; How to Create Inclusive Environments; co-author Introducing the Business of Inclusion with Paul Anderson Walsh and has contributed to numerous other publications.

 

Ruth Thornton BA Hons, PGCE, MA

Ruth has run business writing skills courses throughout the UK, in Europe, and further afield for over 30 years. She has worked with groups and coached individuals, always encouraging the delegates - no matter how experienced - to build on their ability to plan and write clear, concise and well-structured documents.

She is the author of the Adult Learners' Writing Guide (Chambers, 2006), which won a 'highly commended' citation in the HRH The Duke of Edinburgh English Speaking Union English Language Award 2006. The book offers the grammar and punctuation explanations and practice that so many people were not taught at school.

In addition to courses about writing, Ruth provides one-to-one coaching on pronunciation and intonation for non-native speakers working in English. She has a degree in Modern Languages, a post-graduate certificate in education, and an MA in Applied Linguistics.

 

Brian Watts MSc., Dip. Hum. Psych., Cert Ed

Brian is an educationalist with over twenty years experience as a consultant, working across a wide range of organisations and at all levels.  His particular expertise is in group facilitation and team development, having been schooled in humanistic psychology and change management.  He is committed to reflective practice, and helps client groups to go beyond their current limitations, and to build new areas of professional awareness and practice.

His main areas of work include team development, facilitator training, training for trainers, and coach development.  Brian is known for his supportive and creative approach to learning, and his relevant qualifications include an Msc in Training and Continuing Education, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychology and Facilitation.  He is also licensed to deliver Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and The Human Element (FIRO).

 

Jonathan Whitham

Jonathan has been involved with management and development for over 20 years, and he is a qualified coaching practitioner with over 14 years’ experience of coaching individuals and teams in a variety of sectors. He also works with professionals to develop their coaching and management skills within their working environment. He has a focus on motivating individuals to be their very best and he believes that this is achieved through focused reflection, which ultimately leads to different actions. 

Jonathan strives to inspire his clients to do something different and attain greater control of themselves and their environment. He believes through this they will see increased self-satisfaction and greater productivity. He is a graduate of The Coaching Academy and has designed and delivered numerous training courses including Coaching and Management at Level 3 and 5, accredited to the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
